Paul holds a BBA-Management degree from GA State University and retired from Delta Air Lines after a distinguished 20 year career in Finance and Marketing. Having spent his formative years as a child living at an inner city mission in Macon, GA, Paul experienced the life-changing effects of compassionate care at an early age. Paul was co-founder of the Food and Support Team (FAST) outreach in Newnan, GA in 2002. He served as the Meals on Wheels Coordinator in the South Fulton district for eight years coordinating over 200 volunteers to ditsribute meals to the elderly in that part of metroplitan Atlanta. He has also been active in international missions since his first short term trip to Nigeria in 1987. From his time as a career business person, corporate executive, business owner, and non-profit organizer Paul's experience is a valuable asset for the success of Life Spring Ministry. Along with serving as CEO of Life Spring Ministry, Paul is working as a Project Manager in Seattle, WA.

Cathy holds a Nursing degree from West GA College and a BA-Biblical Studies from Amridge University. Cathy's life was impacted by the ministry of Billy Graham at an early age. Her career as a Registered Nurse, and teaching the truths of God's Word, have given Cathy a unique perspective on both the physical and spiritual needs of people. She has continued the effective ministry to others just as Reverend Graham's life inspired her to do. As co-founder of the FAST outreach ministry, Cathy's experience ministering to others has been extrememly valuable in her work as COO of Life Sping Ministry. Cathy is also continuing her work as a Registered Nurse in Seattle, WA.
