The strategy planning meetings held in Nairobi this month were a big hit and may prove to be a springboard for the future success of Life Spring Ministry. As the ministry leaders from Africa gathered at the Nairobi Hilton Paul Addis and Stephanie DeLong prepared an exciting and informational series of meetings designed to set the stage for the future organizational structure of Life Spring Ministry. Topics such as Oragnizational Structure, Communication Plan, Budgeting, Strategic Planning process, Personality Profiles, and more were covered during the week. While there is much work to do, the leadership team is ready for the challenge and is dedicated to doing what it takes to make Life Spring a success in their work for the glory of God.
