In Northern and Eastern Uganda civil wars have raged for decades and the aftermath is inevitably wasted lives, destruction of family and community structure, and many orphans and widows fighting for survival. In 2009, Pastor Robert Nangoli of Life Spring Minstry traveled from Mbale to visit the Teso region to see for himself how bad the situation was. Upon witnessing the devastation of life, Robert was determined to do something. The Life Spring church in Mbale is planning to set up a church in Teso with the consent of the local comunity as a center for efforts to restore lives with compassionate humantitarian efforts as well as spiritual renewal. Support for these efforts is greatly needed and appreciated.
