In the first week of March 2010 Life Spring Ministry will start a new project designed to both combat disease and help the local communities become financially self sufficient. Using the Sawyer Point One filters Life Spring pastors will purchase filters at wholesale and sell them in their local communities at a small retail mark up. The money from these sales will be used to reinvest in new inventory and the profit will go to support other needs of the commnity such as famine relief, educational scholarships, etc. In the process, as the filters are being distributed throughout Africa, more families and communities will be safe from the dangers of contaminated drinking water.
