Even in America it is tempting to start a church or small group with only limited knowledge and experience. It would amaze most Christians to realize how many men and women in the pastoral role have never even read their Bible through from beginning to end. We believe that it is important to have a firm understanding of the Bible and how to correctly interpret scripture in order to lead and disciple others in the truth of God's Word. Being a leader is more than holding a title or position. It is understanding how to use the wisdom of God's Word to guide you in every aspect of decision making and dealing with people. As a spiritual leader, many situations will arise that can only be handled through a thorough knowledge of God's Word and an understanding of how to hear His still small voice guiding you. Our plans are to build a Bible School and training course for pastors who demonstrate a real hunger for being a shepherd to God's people.
